Terms and Conditions

USER AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from ethica accessories.

1. Orders & Delivery

All orders placed through this web site are subject to availability and acceptance by ethica accessories.

Please select carefully when placing your order as changes cannot be made once your order has been processed.

All the goods are handcrafted and may vary slightly from the goods that appear on our website.

ethica accessories reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason whatsoever.

Delivery may be made to any address within Australia (excluding post office boxes).

We aim to despatch delivery of goods within seven (7) working days once we receive confirmation of receipt of payment from PayPal.

Goods are packaged in recycled boxes to save the environment.

Ethica accessories does not accept responsibility for any late delivery or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect details provided.

Once the goods are delivered to your nominated address, all risk in the goods passes to you and you bear the responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

2. Returns , Exchanges & Refunds

If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return your unused goods which must be in its original condition, within seven (7) days of receipt together with proof of payment and we will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange.

You are responsible for returning the goods to us. We suggest that you return your goods by Registered Post as we cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels. You must pay for the cost of returning the goods to us. Refunds will be processed to your credit card using PayPal. If you wish to exchange your goods purchased, your credit card will be refunded with the full amount of the purchase price (but excluding the delivery fee) and a new order placed.

All refund applications will be carefully considered and determined at the absolute discretion of ethica accessories.

3. Prices & Payment

Payment for goods is processed at the time of placing your order. All prices quoted include GST.

Payment may be made using Visa or Master Card only.

We use Pay Pal to process payment of your goods ordered. PayPal is an online credit card processor of information. Details of your credit card are received and processed by PayPal and cannot be viewed over the Internet. All personal and credit card information provided to ethica accessories is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.

The amount that will be charged to your credit card will be:

the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by ethica accessories; and
a delivery and handling fee (please see our website for details of these charges).

4. Privacy

5. Liability

Any liability of ethica accessories in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of ethica accessories be limited to:

in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and
in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

6. Changes To Terms

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. ethica accessories may, at its discretion, add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. You are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, including any changes made, each time you place an order.

7. Your account

If you have an account with us, the following provisions will apply to any goods ordered from our website:-

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password;
You are liable for any purchases ordered from our website where any order is made by an unauthorised person;
You agree to release ethica accessories from any liability through any unauthorised use of your user name and password, and you indemnify ethica accessories for any costs, charges and expenses (including legal fees) that ethica accessories has, may or is likely to incur as a result of any unauthorised use of your user name and password.

Every effort is made by us to ensure that all information contained on our website is accurate. Occasionally errors do occur, however, no errors are ever made intentionally or deliberately. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any financial loss or any other claim that may arise as a result.

Goods ordered on our website may vary slightly to the appearance of the goods when actually received. Ethica accessories will not be liable for any financial loss or any other claim if the goods delivered differ to the appearance of the goods on our website. If you are not happy with the nature of the delivered goods, our returns policy as set out above will apply.
